At first glance, you will notice pictures and lists of people everywhere: On the cover, inside the front & back covers and in the endpapers… Not to mention the scores of personal quotes sprinkled throughout this 250 page read. I suggest that you tackle the book to see why he did this. John Maxwell has a gift for touching and caring for people as individuals. As a side-note: While reading along I kept a pen in hand, circling vital thoughts and taking note of ideas that would help me be a better connector.
